Abstract
The current study was performed to evalute :
The different genotypes and subtypes in children in Sharkia governorate.
This study was carried on 20 children (12 males,8 females), their ages ranged
from 7-12 years, our cases from Zagazig University Hospital.
Our cases were subjected to the following:
l) Full History taking and Full clinical examination.
2) Liver functions tests.
HCY genotyping using INNO-LIPA method (INNO-LIPA HCY.
