Abstract

Although there are various mechanisms of bacterial resistance to aminoglycocide antibiotics,the most important are aminoglysoside inactivating enzymes.the present investigation aims to study the effect of surface active agents on the activity of aminoglycoside inactivating enzymes as an example of bacterial antibiotic inactivating enzymes.
In this regard, 71 were separated isolated from various clinical sources of Mansoura University Hospitals of these isolates include 43 isolates of Pseudomonas Aoréajabinosa and 28 isolated from the Golden cluster. Has been set sensitivity antimicrobial and less concentration inhibitor of growth, as well as been prepared enzymes inhibitory antibiotic Alaminoglicosideh and evaluation study biological enzymes prepared from strains resistant different was the work of a quantitative assessment of the enzyme inhibitory antibiotic Alasrepettomitin and study the effect of both time and different concentrations of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) on inhibitory activity of the enzymes.

Through the study of the effect of different concentrations and the effect of time on the inhibitory activity of the enzymes. This was followed by the appointment of kidney protein content of the enzyme inhibitory antibiotics Alaminoglicosideh the prepared Bathaddam (Biuret reagent) before and after treatment with different concentrations of heatsinks surface tension. In addition heatsinks were studied surface tension positive (Alstrmid, and methyl Alomevin) on the exit of the inhibitory enzymes antibiotics Alaminoglicosideh the cells.
