To apply the system of open education in Egypt, successfully the searcher recommends:
1.Spreading the culture of open education in all educational circles and public opinion.
2.Specifying fixed times for examinations like other universities and announced it in all governmental and media places.
3.Providing communicative channels through the internet.
4.Designing a special website for every program to avoid heavy pressure on the site of the open education center and reducing the problems the scholars due to the fall of the site.
5.Using new programs coping with the new international changes and work market like information technology program, communication program and general science program.
6.The Governmental recognition with the certificates and not differ between it and other similar certificates.
