Abstract
The present work describes the synthesis of several new pyrazolyl azo derivatives and their applications as azo-disperse dyes for dyeing polyester fabrics.
The dyeing on poly ester fabric were evaluated in terms of their fastness properties and the results obtained show that these dyes have good fastness properties to washing, perspiration, rubbing, sublimation and light. The synthesized disperse dyes gave generally deep and bright hues, ranging from yellow to reddish-violet.
Also the substituted-pyridopyrazolotriazine has been synthesized. Such heterocyclic system has been used as disperse dyes (for polyester, polyamide and acrylic fibers), as antibacterial agents and as fungicides.
