Abstract
The proceeding study was carried out to evaluate the influence of the low-powered self propelled machine for planting cotton seeds. The proposed machine was used to planting cotton seeds by two planting unite (gone deer) in flat and ridged soil for evaluating the machine performance on normal rows and wide ridges under different forward speeds(2.1,2.38,and2.8km/hr) and sowing depth of(1,3 and5cm). The results indicated that the best forward speed is 2.8km/hr with sowing depth of 3cm in ridged soil . That is due to its gave the height actual filed capacity and lower costs/fedden.
