Abstract
Postrenal (zobstructive) anuria is a common urological emergency in egypt in this study a retrospective analysis of 24 patients presented with obstructive anuria during a period of 11 years between 1982 and 1993 was carried out subjects were 16 boys and 8 girls with a mean age of 4.7 years range from 2 months to 12 years.
