The problem of the study could be defined in the next main inquiry What are the included values in the children programs in the Nile TV of the family and the child ؟ The current study aims at : 1-The recognition of the values reflected by the children programs children programs in the Nile TV to the family and the child .2 - the recognition of the linguistic levels presented by the children programs . 3 - the recognition of the time area of all of the positive and negative values is in the children programs are presented .4 - the recognition of the forms and the artistic bars though which the values in the children programs . The curriculum and the study kind : - This study comes within the descriptive studies and the researcher has used the method of the media survey that is considered an organized scientific effort for getting data, information and features about the phenomenon which is the topic of the study . the study tools : -Within the framework of the method of the media survey a form was designed for the analysis of the content of the children programs in the Nile TV to the family and the child for the recognition of what it includes from values To the side of the study of the formal sides to these programs . The current study used the next statistical style : 1- the repetitive distribution table .2 - the percentages .The current study reached a group of results from its more important Total the children drama values reached the study sample 107 values a time area total with a value of 2147 minutes equivalent to ( 35.78 hours) distributed to as follows .Total cartoons values in the study sample 86 reached by a time area with a value of 1764 minutes ( 29.4 hours ) Total dramas episodes directed to the children values the study sample reached 21 rings by a time area with a value of 383 minutes ( 6.38 hours ) .The Total of the children programs episodes reached the study sample 48 episodes by a time area with a value of 738 minutes ( 12.3 hours )That’s the time area is for children programs ( a drama - programs ) and that was submitted to the analysis reached 48.08 hours . It became clear that the slang is the language dominant on the children drama of the study sample with total repetitions of 76 values by the ratio of 71.03 % from the total that reached 107 values and by a time area with a value of 1552 minutes by the ratio of 72.29 % of the total are a directed to drama the study sample And that reached 2147 minutes ( 35.78 hours ) .It became clear from the analysis that the slang also was dominant on the children programs of the study sample with total repetitions with a value of 33 episodes by the ratio of 68.75 % from the total that reached 48 rings and by a time area with a value of 543 minutes by the ratio of 73.58 % from the total of the time area directed to the children programs of the study sample and that reached 738 minutes ( 12.3 hours )It was found from the analysis that total positive and negative values that the children programs included of the study sample reached 527 repetitions By a time area with a value of 628.83 minutes (10.48 hours ) namely that the time area of the positive and negative values in the children programs ( a drama - programs ) of The study sample he reached 2526.57 minutes (42.11 hours ).
