Abstract
A prospective study carried out on 122 patients subjected to pretial meniscectomy. the period of follow up ranged from 8 months to 2 years with an average of 13.7 months. the age ranged from 13 to 40 years with an average of 26.98 years.
the overal satisfactory results in all whether were subjected to either open or closed surgery and whether A.C.L. tear or not, were 68%.
