Abstract

The linen of the most important fiber crops in Egypt, where he follows cotton in rank in terms of cultivated area and in terms of the productivity of the fiber , is cultivated flax in Egypt crop dual purpose , to produce hay , which is extracted from the fiber and seed production , which is extracted from the oil , and so it is based on a linen multiple industries and the state is working at the present time to promote the cultivation of flax to increase production per acre vertically where you can not widely grown horizontally as inconsistent expansion plan with winter crops of greatest importance to the national economy , such as wheat , alfalfa , so the primary goal is the expansion of the head to increase the productivity of Alfddan quality and quantity by improving the agronomic and develop new varieties and comes sowing date , fertilization Alnatroyny of the most important agricultural transactions that determine the most suitable to achieve the best increase productivity per acre of flax and these have been established Two field experiments station agricultural research Paljmesh - Western Province - and of the Center for Agricultural Research in both seasons agricultural 1989/1990 , 1990/1991 to study : - 1 - Effect of planting dates : - A -25 October ( early ) .
