Abstract

pesticides are widly ,used today for increasing crop yields and controlling pests. This wide used is associated with health hazared of those who are occupationally exposed to pesticides.
Pesticides used in these days, largely to increase crop production and the elimination of insects and it affects the health of exposed to pesticides by virtue of their work.
In developing countries, including Egypt, especially rural areas, where children occupies a large proportion of employment where they work in agriculture and are exposed to pesticides that occur Mhatr the healthy to have and which increases the risk of the spread of parasitic diseases among them.
We have conducted several studies on the impact of pesticides on the health of workers who are mixing and spraying as well as peasants but no one study conducted on the effect of pesticides on the health of children working in agriculture.
So study aimed to assess the health risks that result from exposure to pesticides among children working in agriculture as well as those dealing with pesticides permanently.
Assess the magnitude of the problem of acute poisoning in Dakahlia Governorate.
Been through the study follow-up 188 children from the village of Kvrabdulmamn Dakahlia Governorate aged 8, 16 years old work in agriculture any vacation Almadrsaah and where they are at the impact of pesticides has also been Mqarndthambmjmuah control group (60 children from urban areas not exposed to pesticides absolutely not Echtlfonanhm in Sex and the average age) .
