Abstract Angular deformity about the knee in children, means abnormality in the shape or posure of the lower limb. Angular deformities can occur in any plane, but the majority are in the coronal (valgus or varus) or in the sagittal plane (Recurvarum or fiexion deformity). Genu valgum, genurum. genu recurvatum, and flexion deformities are the most freqent deformities noted in childhood that cause parental concern over abnormal gait. |
