Abstract
The aim of this work is to study the effect of slow partial paracentesis abdominis on the urinary output and interaperitoneal pressure in bilharzial patients with tense ascites the material of this study comprised ten patients with tense ascites 8males and2 famales with age ranging between 17 and 60years.
