(similar to baker<U+2019>s yeast) on digestability, feeding values, as well as, some blood consitituents of Arabian Horse mares. Two separate trials were carried out as follows: The main results could be summarzed as follows: The different sorts of yeasts which used in this study improved feeding values of tested diets and could cover the maintenance requirements for mature Arabian mares from energy and protein. The results obtained from this study indicated that using of fresh and dried baker<U+2019>s yeast and the commercial additive OGC in mature Arabian mares diets improved digestibility coefficients and feeding values of the tested diets, without any adverse effects on blood constituents or animal health in general. |
