Abstract
The aim of the present work is synthesis of some new hetero cyclic compounds derived from naturally occurring furochromones (visnagin and khllin) of expected biological activity. Synthesis of benzodifuran2carbohydrazides derivatives from natural products (visnagin and khellin). The reaction benzodifuran2carbohydrazides, derivarives with isothiocynate derivatives, the formation compounds benzodifuranol thiosemicarbazides and reactions with (sodium hydroxides, yellow mercuric oxides, ethyl bromoacetate, gasbromo proponic acid, phosphorus oxy chloride) the formation derivatives (triazoles, oxadiazoles, thiazolidinones, thiadiazoles), and the reactions benzodifuran2carbohydrazides, derivatives with |(carbon disulfide, dimethyl acetelen dicarboxylate, aldahedate, ketonate, active methelin) to yielded new compounds. The most compounds was undertaken to study some of their pharmacological activities. Also some of them were screened towards affinity DNAbinding using acolorimetric assay.
