Is the problem on low skills teachers in employment potential science lab developer in middle school developed by the Ministry for the development of science, public education, and the lack of benefit in training courses organized by the Ministry of education, and the possibility of multimedia computer program to develop those skills, so the researcher formulates the following questions: 1-what skills required? the middle school teachers to use the science lab developer? 2 ­? what a multimedia computer program for junior high school teachers training in the skills of using alternative forms of human eye and contained within the plant science developer? 3 ­? what impact the proposed program on cognitive achievement associated with alternative forms of skills Ayn and contained within the plant science in junior high school teachers developer? 4 ­? What impact the proposed program to perform the skills associated with the use of alternative forms of human eye and contained within the plant science in junior high school teachers developer
5 ­? How can submit a project proposal based on educational technology to support the development of a science? Current research has reached the following conclusions: 1-? there are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 in cognitive achievement among tribal walbadi standard for the experimental group, for dimensional measurement. 2-there are no effective programme? proposed in the development of the collection. 3-there is a large effect of? the proposed programme on a variable collection of knowledge. 4 ­? There are significant differences in the level of 0.01 in performance between the tribal walbadi of standard experimental group, for dimensional measurement. 5-there is no effective programme? proposed in the development of skill performance. There is a significant impact of the proposed programme on a variable skill performance.
