Abstract
The considered problems concern essentially with properties of solutions of the ordinary second-order linear differential equation -y”(x)+q(x,³)y(x)=λy(x) (xε[a,b) where a prime denotes differentiation with respect to x in the closed-open interval [a,b) of the real line R, q is a real valued coefficient on [a,b) which depends on a parameter ε, and λ is a complex-valued (spectral) parameter.
