Abstract
This research was conducted to study the effect of using the drug Cyclophosphamide , which is used as a chemical treatment for the body and tumors of the immune system inhibitor on the salivary glands underneath the jaw mice. Broome phenol mercurial blue to detect protein. * The search returned the following results: 1 - Clinical results : - Lack of weight and size mice Altjeribbah the comparing the control mice. - Hair loss in experimental weeks. - The presence of swelling in the salivary glands of the experimental mice. 2 - histological results : The study showed histological paraffin sectors dyed dye Alheimaoudi and Eocene from bad influence to drug Alsakulovsampd on the salivary glands underneath its jaws. The study concluded : That the property Alsakulovosagamed effect bad on the salivary glands underneath the jaws in mice therefore recommend that detects strict medical at the mouth and teeth of patients described their use of this drug and dental treatment infected caries and treatment of gum infections before the start of treatment , which may increase the change in salivary glands and their secretions because of this drug.
