Abstract Uremia is a growing problem internationally and spe cially among Egyptians. The number of patients with kid disease, who is being treated successfully with hemo dialysis or kidney transplantation, is increasing rapidly. These patients have an increased need for outpatient dental treatment. However, literature dealing with this subject i.e. regarding response of dental pulp to operative procedures uremic and immuno suppressed patients are still lacking. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of uremia and immunosuppressive drugs on the response of human dental pulp to cavity preparation and indirect pulp capping. Also is to determine the effect of immuno sup pressive drugs on the response of dogs dental pulp to op erative procedures. This study was performed through clinical part and ex perimental part. In the clinical part, the patients subjected to this study were of two groups, studying group and control group. |
