Abstract While auto-immune diseases appear as a major complications of immune dysregulation, indeed, based on the detection of several cytokines in the sera of patients with different auto-immune disorders which are involved in inflammatory reaction observed in auto-immune diseases. Auto-antibodies are an important feature of auto-immunity, in rheumatoid arthritis, IgM mainly and IgG have rheumatoid factor properties. In IDDM auto-antibodies are directed to different componnents of B islets cell resulting in diabetes. Thus, the present study was carried to find out a possible correlation between serum levels of TNF-A, IL-1B, IL-6versus cRP and immunogolobulins (IgG and igM)in patients with some auto-immune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis and IDDM) and evaluate their roles in the pathogenesis diseases. The present study was conducted upon subjects,15patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis; 15 patients suffering from IDDM and 10subjects as acontrolgroup. |
