Abstract
It is well known that aging process was associated ,kith some hormonal changes This work is an attempt to study some hormonal levels along aging process. Ninty male volunteers apparently heal ... thy aged 20-85 years were classified according to their ages into five groups: Group I: 15 individual (20-29 years) . Group (36-39 years). Group III: 15 individual (40-49 years).Group IV: 15 individual (SO-S9 years) . Group V: 30 individual (Over 60 years). -Pasting blood samples were taken from each individual -Pasting blood samples were taken from each individual T4~ TSH, GH, LH and FSH using ELISA -techniques. According to the results obtained in this work, it is apparent that: A non significant increase in mean serum levels of T3 and T4 to reach highest value in Sth decade (40-49 years), thereafter, a sigrAficant decrease in mean serum levels of T3 and T4 when 6th decade and over 7 th decade compared with Sth decade.
