Abstract

The assessment of the sperm in the testicular biopsy of patients stateless sperm important part in the study of these cases to distinguish between cases of obstruction and dysfunction that causes the lack of sperm in semen. Due to the lack of objective measures of the division of the changes found in testicular biopsies in patients with pathological diagnosis of infertility in the usual way and they need a long time, developed a method of using standard flow cell DNA (d. N. A) a quick way to assess objectively their sperm in the testicle. I have been patently this study of 125 patients from people without sperm in the semen of patients who frequent the clinic of Masculinity Mansoura University Hospital. Was conducted for all patients biopsy of the testis, forty of them had been a biopsy of the testes to them (total 165 biopsy) biopsy was divided into two parts, one inspection and examination of Pathology and the other usual flow cell device has resulted in the results to obtain a sketch of the testicular tissue device flow cell consisted of three peaks representing different groupings of cells in the testis relationship is different for each change gauze. And noting the increase Summit (1N) in the control group (the normal sperm count) than in the rest of the other groups and increase the Summit (2N) in a Sertoli cell only syndrome than in other groups except the group testicular atrophy and an early halt, the group of sperm to be the highest value of the Summit ( 4N). And found a positive correlation statistically significant between the summit (1N), which represents the sperm and the cell immediately prior to the size of the testicles and negative correlation is statistically significant with the level of follicle-stimulating hormonal (FSH) also found negative correlation statistically significant between the summit (2N) with the size of the testicles The positive correlation statistically significant with the level of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). In the case of a testicle Stockings in the package at a low sperm formation and stopped the late fall found statistically significant at the summit (1N) compared to the absence of varicose veins in the same group, comparing the diagnostic methods for the analysis Pathology usual scale flow cell DNA (d. N. A) there exists significant difference between them in the accuracy of the evaluation in favor of the flow cell, because it depends on the measurement of quantitative and discover areas with sperm that may be present in testicular biopsies most imbalance by more analytical Pathology normal. But the presence of some defects in the non-discrimination between sperm cell and the immediately preceding and not to give a copy of the form of virtual testicle is recommended to use both methods to obtain a more accurate assessment to be sperm.
