Abstract
There Food handlers in student University Dormitories reflect sector in the community, as theY are serving a the large No. of University students. This group of food handlers having a profound effect on health of the University ,students, should be properly and screened to know the clear factual picture of ir health condition. EarlY discovery of any diseased or state with prompt therapy is indicated to prevent spread of infection to food or students. This descriptive cr oae sectional studY was ,conducted on food handlers during the year 1985 - 1987, in Mansoura ,iversi ty Dormitories, Food handlers examination was carried out through ivestigation of their demographic, socioeconomic conditions ersonal appearence and habits. A physical examination including skin ex. , was conducted to them. laboratory qualitative investigations including : blood, sputum, throat swab were done, chestradiography was also performed.
