Abstract

Nearly 90 million women around the world use the IUDs, the copper bearing device are I increasing in popularity. The CuT380 is the most commonly inserted device in Eb’YPt. The most frequent complication or side effects of all IUDs are bleeding and/or pain. The aim of the present work is: 1) To identify types of abnormal uterine bleeding complicating the IUDs. 2) To identify intrauterine location, dislocation of the IUDs by the aid of TVS and hysteroscopy. 3) To diagnose concurrent endometrial, ovarian pathology 111 IUDs wearers. 4) To identify the relative importance of transvaginal sonography, hysteroscopy in prospective management of cases complaining of IUDs associated bleeding. The present study included 75 women with age ranged from 18-45 years and divided into two groups: * The first is the control group include 30 women wearing IUDs and have no complaint.
