Abstract The present study comprised (28) patients ofMVP, (9) Male d (19) Female with age ranging from (14-35) years and (10) rmal individual as control group of matched age & six, OUf t group’ was classified according to the severity ofMVP into ild MVP (14 cases), Moderate MVP (8 cases) and. severe MVP cases), on the other hand the test group was classified again cording to the presence of chest pain into group A (no chest •.in group (13) cases). Group B chest pain group (15 cases). , All cases include the control group exposed to full clinical amination, ECG, echo exanination and oesophageal motility Clinical eXalllination include, appearance, posture, pulse temperture, blood pressure and special stress in history taking on palpitation, cheat pain, syncope & heart burn . Heart examination include inspection, palpation, percussion and ascultation (click & Murmur). Investigations include ECG & echocardiography and oesophogeal motility study & Bernestein test. The percentage of chest pain incidence in whole test group as about (53.51 %), palpitation was (32.140/0), Syncope was 7.14%). |
