Abstract
This study was conducted on 300 eyes of 171 patients divided into low, moderate, high, very high myopia and a control group. We performed axial length measurement, corneal thickness, corneal curvature, anterior chamber depth & endothelial density assessement for each case. from this study we concluded that; corneal thickness in myopes more than <U+2013>6.0 diopters is lower than emmetropes, corneal endothelial density in myopes more than <U+2013>6.0 diopters is lower than emmetropes, anterior chamber depth is deeper in myopes more than <U+2013>3.0 diopters than emmetropes, corneal curvature shows no statistically significant difference from emmetropes.
