The agricultural sector in the developping countries is considered one of the major sector of the national economy it share by a great deal in the total national product moreover it contains most of the labour force either in agricultur on in other activities its also a market for the crude materials for some industries. Occupies the agricultural sector in developing countries, a key position between the sectors of the national economy , as this sector contributes a large Campus in GNP , as well as that this sector to accommodate the vast majority of the workforce , whether in a career or in agriculture -based industries, products of this sector, as the this sector extends other sectors Agricultural necessary for the renaissance of agricultural, industrial, and takes it upon himself to also provide food for the entire population as it contributes to a large proportion of exports Egyptian National under current conditions of free market economics and pursued by the State during the eighties and early nineties , the changes in all sectors economic, including the agricultural sector , which entails conducting studies that will agricultural resources area between agricultural activities , including help in boosting economic and social development in the country. Aim of this research study economics produce wheat and rice as the main crop field can even stand on the situation productive current for both and there may be a factor in preventing access to production efficiency each, also targets through the study of the supply response for each of them to identify the most important factors influencing in view of these crops and the study of the production costs for each of the crops.
