Abstract

The inflammatory tissue Dental one of the most important problems that occupy researchers in the field of oral diseases .
A study effects that accompany this disease Arguments that inflammation plays an important and essential role in bringing about the collapse of the tissue and erosion.
The most important article by interleukin- 1 beta , which is likely to play an important biological role , which may be a direct cause in the events of the clinical symptoms of the disease.
That’s where his biological effects similar to the symptoms of the disease where him the ability to eat the bones and events also urged thecells to secrete substances and enzymes Almitalubrocnz .
This research was conducted to determine the level of interleukin- 1 beta element in the gum tissue in adult patients with rheumatoid tissues and try to link this with all clinical indicators in these patients .
The class of patients in research groups as follows : -
1 - a set of patients : Fifteen patients include adults with moderate or severe inflammation in the tissues Dental accompanied pockets deeper than four millimeters as there are signs of corrosion bones and aged patients in this group between 45 - 35 years.
2 - the control group : ten patients include dental work to take off them for other reasons is inflammation of the tissues and they have a clinically healthy gums and pockets depth of less than three millimeters violin that there is no erosion in bone of the teeth.
Samples were obtained from gum while Action surgery to remove the gum pockets in patients during take off teeth in the control group .
It has been statistically proven that there is a positive correlation between the level of interleukin - 1 beta and clinical indicators that reflect the state tissues and this indicates the end to be considered to determine the level of interleukin - 1 beta is of high importance as an indicator of D on the different degrees of inflammation of tissue of the teeth.
