Abstract

the other side of the jaw is free of cavities.
Underwent the process of stuffing the patient caries Vyashrh side kids before testing them one month , while 40 children were left without work stuffing.
This study conducted by the work of three tests :
1 - scanning : photographed Tuahn the children of both X-ray films to identify and measure corrosion rooted in the X-ray film .
2 - statistical examination :
- Painted infected caries process did not place her stuffing as well as their peers of free texts from the X-ray film using transparent paper.
- Root lengths were measured in each and collected data in a table .
3 - examination Alhustlogi .
Results :
Scanning showed :
* The presence of mammary decay Bataiwahan the accelerating erosion of the root if compared Bataiwahan of the caries - free .
* The presence of cavities in one side of the pulverizer accelerate the erosion of the existing root this aspect if compared root on the empty side of decay.
* The existence of two types of internal and external corrosion of the roots of some infected the caries .
Statistical showed assess :
There is a big difference between the lengths of the roots of infected caries and analogues the caries - free .
Microscopic examination showed :
Showed the presence of three phases of erosion are root
* Eat active phase : eat in the afternoon the inner and outer surface of the root with the presence of bone cells within this erosion .
* Stillness phase : the new tissue to repair erosion and this place devoid of tissue cells.
* Phase of restoration ( repair ) : observed restoration of the eroded part of the root tissue contains cells trapped .
And also made it clear that there is a large area of the cellular cement - like fabric in place , corrosion and cement contains cells as well as the existence of ivory to reform the bottom of the cavity .
