Abstract
The present treatment is not vaild for the case of helium which is known to show anamolous behaviour, and also for the case of Polar gases which we ara going to leave for future work. numerical caculation was carried and the result is found in table I together with expermental value for the sutherland constant for the gases selected. A result are can easily extract from the numerical results is the softness of molecules in the Sutherland gas and the low value of Sutherland constant found by theoretical calculation.
