Abstract
Spinal canal lesions can be classified into neoplastic and non-neoplastic lesions. The non- neoplastic lesions include vascular, inflammatory, developmental, demyelinating, degenrative, metabolic and toxic disorders. the neoplastic lesions also classified based on their location inside or outside the spinal cord into extradural, intradural extramedullary or intra medullary intradural.
