المستخلص The study aimed to activate the role of organizational agility in its three dimensions (sensing agility, decision-making agility and application agility) to enhance organizational loyalty in its three dimensions (emotional loyalty, continuous loyalty and ”normative” moral loyalty) in private pre-university education institutions in Sohag governorate, and to provide some proposed mechanisms through which organizational loyalty can be enhanced in private schools. The study used the descriptive method, with Reliance in data collection on and the teachers of private schools in Sohag (300) individuals. The study reached several key findings, including: 1- Private schools in Sohag Governorate lack organizational loyalty. 2- These schools need modern management methodologies, such as organizational agility, to enhance organizational loyalty. 3- The arithmetic means and relative weights related to the ”reality of organizational loyalty in private schools” were close, with a small difference, and the level of achievement ranged between average and low, indicating low percentages. 4- Private schools in Sohag Governorate lack organizational agility as a modern administrative approach to enhance organizational loyalty. 5- These schools require mechanisms and methods to effectively implement organizational agility. 6- The arithmetic means and relative weights related to the ”reality of organizational agility in private schools” were close, with a small difference, and the level of achievement ranged between average and low, indicating low percentages. 7- There are a number of actual obstacles affecting the implementation of organizational agility as an approach to enhancing organizational loyalty in private schools, including administrative and human constraints. 8- Keywords: Organizational Agility - Approach - Organizational Loyalty - Privat pre- University Education in Institutions |
