Abstract
Three varieties of Vicia faba (Nubaria-1, Nubaria-3 and Nubaria-4) This experiment was carried out in the Faculty of Agriculture at Tanta University farm during the 2020 - 2021 winter seasons. The first group is the control treatment, where pots were rinsed with tap water.In the second group, pots were irrigated with 100 mM NaCl solution as level-1 of salinity. The third group of pots was rinsed with a 200 mM NaCl solution as level 2 of salinity treatments. Samples were collected for growth measurements after 40 days of planting, and some of them were stored at -80∫C for further analysis.
