Abstract

Concrete has long been known to be one of the most important basic materials in the field of civil engineering industry. In the past, concrete has been used in one form or another as a building material for more than 7,000 years, as the ancient Egyptians used it in building their civilization. Unfortunately, Despite the good concrete advantages, there is an undesirable environmental impact, stemming from the high energy expense and CO2 emission associated with cement manufacture. On the other hand, in recent years the deterioration of sewage system structures, wastewater treatment plants and part of industrial structures caused by sulfuric acid attack is an important issue that has communicated substantial financial needs in all countries
