المستخلص In this research, the researcher aimed to measure the effectiveness of a training program for professional development for Islamic education at the Preparatory Stage Teachers. The first chapter : In the first chapter, the researcher dealt with: the research problem and study plan represented in - Lack of interest in training programs for the Islamic education preparatory stage teachers. - The scarcity of studies that aim at professional development to include Islamic education teachers in the preparatory stage. - Increasing the importance of professional development for the Islamic education preparatory stage teachers, in accordance with the training needs and developments in modern educational and educational trends. The plan of this research included the following: The introduction of the research, the importance of the research, the problem of the study, the research questions and objectives, its hypotheses, themes & terms and concepts of research. The second chapter :The research theoretical framework &its axes: Accordingly, in the second chapter, the researcher dealt with the theoretical The study sammary 182 framework and its axes, the researcher has dealt with the following axes: The first axis: The Islamic education The importance and characteristics of Islamic education, and the problems facing the teaching of Islamic education. The second axis: the skills of the Islamic education teacher and his training needs, the researcher has clarified this axis through the professional competencies and skills of the Islamic education teacher and the development of his roles in the educational process. The third axis: the training needs of the Islamic education teacher This includes the importance of identifying training needs. And the importance of estimating training needs for the efficiency of training programs for teachers. Fourth Axis: Professional training programs. their importance and pillars Professional development for the teacher of Islamic education, including from the general to the specific, the following: Professional development for teachers. Sustainable professional development for teachers. Professional development training programs for teachers. How to professional development for the Islamic education teachers. Developments of training programs to develop the professional skills of the Islamic education teachers The fifth axis: previous research & studies in professional development programs for Islamic education teachers. 183 The researcher commented on each of the axes of the previously mentioned theoretical framework. The third chapter: In the third chapter, it addressed Research procedures and tools: The researcher has prepared the following tools: Identifying the professional training needs of the Islamic education teacher Main professional skills and sub-professional skills of the teacher of Islamic education. The training program of the professional development for the Islamic education teachers achievement test note card. The researcher presented the research tools to the professors of supervision and arbitration to express their opinion on what should be modified in the initial image of each of the research tools. The Islamic education in the preparatory stage teachers In order to achieve the effectiveness of the training program. The researcher evaluated the effectiveness of the training program through the post achievement test to measure the cognitive performance of trainees of Islamic education teachers & an observation card to measure the professional skill performance of the Islamic education teachers. The fourth chapter In the fourth chapter the results of the research and their interpretation, recommendations and suggestions, the researcher clarified the results that the researcher reached after applying each of the research tools & the results she reached, as well as the results of the statistical treatment results that were reached. 184 By reaching the effectiveness of the training program, the researcher confirmed the effectiveness of the training program for the professional development of the Islamic education teachers.
