Abstract

The prevalence of peripheral neuropathy in PsA patients, to date is not well known and has been poorly studied. Nerve conduction study (NCS) provides information regarding sensory or motor, and the predominant pattern of pathology. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence, and clinical determinants of peripheral neuropathy in patients with PsA with or without skin lesions and its correlation with disease activity. This study was carried out at the outpatient clinic of the Rheumatology, Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine Department, Tanta University Hospitals after approval from institutional ethical committee.
