Abstract
The AB-MR should make screening with breast MRI more feasible for women with intermediate risk of developing breast cancer, especially:

- Women with dense breast tissue.

- Postoperative assessment for detection of recurrence.

AB-MRI has better sensitivity, specificity, PPV and NPV in screening women at risk of breast cancer.
•
Acquisition time and interpretation time were lower than full MRI protocol
