The study aimed to identify the nature of the correlation between the value system and both job satisfaction and psychological happiness among the members of the study sample, and the basic study sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers in Sohag Governorate (56) males and (44) females aged between (33/59) years with an average age of (44.50) and a standard deviation (3.69) the study rellid on value system scale and job satisfaction scale prepared by the research and oxford list of happiness Arablization Abdul Khaliq 2003 and one of the most important results of the study is a statistically significant correlation between the value system and both job satisfaction and happiness Psychological among the members of the study sample, and there are differences in the value system according to the gender variable in favor of males, and the experience variable in favor of the most experienced, there are differences in job satisfaction according to the gender variable in favor of females and the experience variable in favor of experience from (11-15) years and there are differences in psychological happiness according to the gender variable in favor of females and the experience variable in favor of experience of (1-5) years.
