The main goal was to reveal the extent of the influence of inspirational leadership and its dimensions on creative behavior, each with the latest technologies, and the size of an eye was (319) single hospital workers in the attached picture. The study revolved around the research problem, and the research problem revolved around shaping the level of creative behavior in the emergency hospital in Mansoura. The subject of the study, which may be due to weak inspiring leadership practices, as the following questions were raised: 1-What suits you between inspiring leadership and university behavior at the Emergency Hospital in Mansoura? 2-Is there a statistically significant effect of the inspiring culture and university behavior in the emergency hospital in the picture? The results showed that there is a positive moral correlation between all completely inspiring forces (self-confidence, strategic orientation, including change) and the dimensions of modern creative behavior (sensitivity to forms, copy burning, material reduction, originality), and a positive moral effect of inspired leadership also appeared. On the creative behavior of partygoers, and there is a significant effect for all dimensions of inspirational leadership on each dimension of creative behavior among emergency hospital workers in the picture (field of application)
