Abstract The liver is avital organ in the body of a person and is in charge of a variety of processes that support immunity, digestion, detoxification, metabolism, and vitamin storage, among other things. The liver is continuously exposed to a wide variety of substances, including medications, insecticides, and environmental contaminants, as it serves as the primary site of metabolism for exogenous molecules. The majority of these substances have the potential to be hepatotoxic and cause serious, irreversible liver damage. One of the most prevalent malignant tumors and the second biggest cause of cancer-relted death is liver cancer.
