Abstract
Obstructive sleep apnea is a common yet underestimated hazardous social health problem that’s really challenging as regards its management.
Continuous positive airway pressure is still the cornerstone treatment. Yet unfortunately, patient’s compliance might be very low reaching forty to fifty percent that’s why surgical management might be a pivotal alternate to be considered.
