Abstract
This study was carried out to assess the outcome of ARDS patients on low TV, low inspiratory flow rate with decelerating pattern and PEEP.
To accomplish this task ;(24) newly admitted patients with ALI/ARDS were studied .Data parameters at onset of diagnosis were measured as in table (5-6) upon them ARDS Network protocol of mechanical ventilation has been conducted. They were admitted in the period from November 2017 to December 2018.They were as in table (1) ; (13) males, and (11) females.
