Abstract
Environmental pollution is a cost that every nation has to pay for industrial development. All industries contribute to environmental pollution, regardless of size or production level. For obvious reasons, the two natural resources most heavily impacted by industrial pollution are air and water. For instance, the chemical and textile industries are one of the most significant wastewater generators containing several harmful contaminants. The photocatalytic oxidative destruction of the organic contaminants is one potential method for wastewater treatment. To use methylene blue dye, photocatalyst methods utilizing various metal sulfides have been developed.
