Abstract

The construction hotel projects one of the important current methods of construction. in construction and construction are the Fast-track system for implementation, where projects are at risk and developed as maintenance is placed in this type of implementation, planning for the Department because of rapid implementation is a key reason why some
stages of implementation are delayed.
The research paper is limited to risk management for fast-tracking projects in the implementation phase in Egypt the current period by identifying the importance of risks occurring in the implementation phase and types, We conduct an analytical extractive study of several major risk hotels such as Alamain, Galala , New Capital , and Ismailia Hotel whose budget is more than 800 million pounds and 5 stars of projects to access the Risk management on the project cost risks Average on the project’s proposed budget and these risks were introduced and quantitative analysis was done using Monte Carlo analysis and found that the actual budget was over 7 % of the project budget, Method clarified through Fast Track case studies and BIM studies. (Design by Revit, Coordination, coding, maintenance Planning & Repairs We can identify maintenance points and restoration plan work and coordinate them in Fast track projects That may occur during the fast- track projects All of them has been applied in several hotel projects by conducting an interview with the project managers, the projects consultants, the site technical teams, site operation teams and the supervisors. [And an assessment for the risk contingencies forever individual hotel has been carried out. The daily risk value = the cost for dealing / the project schedule (by day).
