Recently, and due to the changes witnessed by the world in terms of crises and epidemics that affected the size and quantities of food demands, there was a special importance for agricultural production to meet the needs of the population in terms of food and clothing, as the crop area is increasing, and accordingly agricultural waste increases annually, so the national strategy at the level of the Republic included benefiting from Agricultural wastes in various ways that maximize the income of the agricultural product, and raise the level of well-being for the Egyptian farmer. The problem of the study was to reduce the wrong environmental practices that harm the agricultural environment as a result of the disposal of agricultural wastes by burning or dumping in canals and drains while not fully benefiting from them through optimal exploitation and recycling in Non-traditional fodder industry, organic fertilizer industry, paper and wood industry. The study aimed, in general, to maximize the utilization of Egyptian agricultural waste and to suggest the best economic and environmental methods and methods to deal with these waste in a way that leads to a steady increase in agricultural national income and the achievement of sustainable agricultural development. As for estimating the economic return resulting from recycling agricultural waste and identifying the environmental impact Applying to Qalyubia Governorate, and to reach this goal, some sub-goals must be achieved, including identifying the qualitative and quantitative classification of the various types of agricultural waste in Qalyubia Governorate, studying the economic, financial or commercial feasibility of recycling operations and use under environmental conditions in Qalyubia Governorate, by presenting models for proposed projects to benefit from Agricultural waste, and arranging lists of priorities to direct the waste to obtain the highest efficiency and potential economic return from recycling each waste.
