Abstract

The present study results concluded that all measured radiometric parameters were significantly larger in the male group except for SCCA, and MBA which were larger in the female group. APD was the most valuable parameter for discriminating between both sexes with 74.55% accuracy, followed by ASCL with 72.7% and MTD with 70.4%, Roc curve analysis.
An effective logistic regression model was generated with an overall accuracy rate of 86.4% from the combination of PSCL, SCL, APD, MTD and SCA. The accuracy of the BLR resultant formula was analyzed using the ROC curve and showed an accuracy rate of 83.6%. However, the derived formula is population specific (for Egyptians from Suez Canal Region) and cannot be generalized to other populations.
