First: introduction to the research:The tremendous technological revolution that the world is witnessing, and the tremendous cognitive development, represents the greatest challenge to the human mind, and it has led to the phenomenon of competition between peoples in raising the qualitative level of education systems as the cornerstone of the process of competition and development of the human mind, and enabling it to face this challenge.Education is the basis for the progress and advancement of nations, and if it was advanced and had its place and its value in the countries, it was one of the fastest ways to reach the highest ranks among countries. Today, it faces great challenges to keep pace with the tremendous development in the technological revolution that extended to all branches of knowledge, and then it was necessary to develop in methods Teaching for different age groups with the aim of confronting these successive developments to provide the teacher with the necessary information that would help him face the teaching profession with an abundance of teaching experience.This development touched all aspects of the educational process, and this was reflected tangibly on the teaching methods and methods used, which led to the search for modern teaching methods and methods that are effective and centered around the center of interest in the educational process, which is the learner.The differences and differences between students represent a major challenge for officials and those in charge of the educational process, because the task of education is to provide equal educational opportunities for all individuals to achieve better growth, meet the needs of learners, and raise the quality and effectiveness of the educational system.Electronic platforms:The special meaning of the electronic platform has been addressed in terms of functionality and the practical role that frames it, and it is linked to a set of modern concepts that emerged with the invention of the computer and the emergence of the Internet, through multiple definitions that integrate with each other and explain each other, and there are many different types of them. There are open-source platforms The electronic platform is not limited to one form or type of system, there are many types of electronic platforms, and all types of electronic platforms will be explained in the following types of electronic platforms:1. E-learning platforms.2. Private platforms.3. Licensed Platforms.4. Platforms for e-commerce.Track and field competitions in the teachers’ program occupy the main pillar among other sports activities, as a lesson from physical education lessons is not free from those activities, as they are the basic rule for different sports and hence their importance in the school field.The track and field competitions are a basic sport, some of which are held on the track, which are the races and running precedents, and others in the field are the throwing and jumping races, and this is called in some countries the track and field competitions.Research problem:In today’s fast-paced world, traditional teaching methods are no longer valid to be able to perceive cognitive growth and the diverse experiences in their fields and depth ... Educational platforms work to consolidate the understanding of the learner according to an approach to structured thinking that is compatible with the nature of the brain’s work. Educational platforms are a supportive technology for the means that works the biological human brain, in addition, educational platforms stimulate the learner to use and employ the left and right hemispheres of the brain, which increases the efficiency of learning.Through the work of the ”researcher” as a physical education teacher in one of the middle schools, and by observing the methods and methods of teaching used in learning the field and track competitions in the preparatory stage, she found that it depends on the imperative method only, where the teacher explains and presents a model for skill and correcting errors, and the role of the learner is negative depends on Implementation of what he sees from the teacher, with the inability of this method to attract the attention of the learners as it does not take into account the individual differences between the students in addition to the excessive burden on the teacher as a result of the numerical increase of students in the class, which does not enable him to correct errors and thus reduces the efficiency of teaching, this is what prompted The ”researcher” to study, review and research modern teaching methods, and found that educational platforms provide an appropriate learning environment for all students because they are based on diversification of presentation methods, procedures and activities used, which enables each student to achieve the desired goals in the manner, tools and activity that suits him.With the closure of universities and schools in most countries of the world due to the widespread spread of the Corona epidemic, many e-learning platforms have rushed to offer hundreds of courses at different levels for students, students, academics, and even workers in the fields of health or creative arts.The motor learning of performance of motor skills requires the process of developing the motor ability of the individual to perform the skill and master it in a way that strengthens the individual’s physical and motor abilities, mental abilities, and psychological preparations, so it is important to see how the student learns and how we define the guidance framework in order to develop and improve his practice of skillful performance.On the other hand, educational platforms are consistent with the constructivist theory of learning where the learner builds his own idea of knowledge, and in theory through educational content that expresses the knowledge environment in terms of its components and the relationships between these components. Some studies have indicated that developing concepts for information leads to better levels of remembering, especially since 40% of people are classified as visual learners. So, people learn best when you give them information and concepts visually.Hence, the ”researcher” believes that the use of educational platforms as an educational method takes into account the individual differences between learners in learning basic skills, as it is an attempt to apply one of the modern teaching methods in order to keep pace with the continuous development in improving the educational process and in the hope of advancing the level of skill performance for some field and track competitions and an attempt to overcome Some of the problems facing the teacher from the diversity and contrast between students in their learning patterns, tendencies and interests, as well as the increase in the number of students in the classroom in light of the Corona pandemic.research importance:The research deals with an important research field in the use of educational platforms and some modern methods and methods in teaching some motor skills and strong games for students in a physical education lesson for middle school students.Scientific significance:1. This research is a response to what educators have called for to use modern methods and methods in training to raise the efficiency of the educational process.2. Raising awareness about the importance of research concerned with the game of athletics among students of the second stage of basic education.3. Providing accurate information about each skill that is taught to the student.4. Providing the opportunity to learn the skills in a professional manner, so that the student can know them and become a qualified teacher later.Practical importance1. The research contributes to raising the level of some basic skills for middle school students.2. It helps to eliminate common mistakes when performing skills3. 3. It is in line with the Ministry of Education’s plan to develop the educational system, especially educational technology in Egypt, through the computerization of curricula, which is a qualitative leap in the field of developing educational methods and techniques and making these methods and techniques compatible with the rapid civilizational changes.4. 4. Providing physical education teachers in schools and universities with an educational guide, which may help in conveying the information in an easy way.5. 5. Preparing the students to be able to adapt to the advanced technology of the age.educational importance:The educational importance of educational platforms lies in the following:1.The educational platform and the like are among the effective tools in representing knowledge and building on it. They are important tools to make hidden learning usually visible, whether to the learner himself or to others.2. A means of critical and creative thinking and helps in achieving meaningful learning.3. It is a type of distance learning within the school community.Research goal:Learning some of the skills of athletics by designing an electronic educational platform for learning to study its impact on the skill performance and cognitive achievement of the athletics course for the preparatory stage” and the development of an educational program for the basic skills under consideration with the aim of identifying the impact of the use of educational platforms on the development of the level of cognitive achievement and skill performance for middle school students Qalyubia Governorate.Research hypotheses:1. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in the level of skill performance for some of the track and field competitions under discussion in favor of the post measurement.2. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the control group in the skill performance of some of the field and track competitions under study in favor of the post measurement.3. 3. There are statistically significant differences in the two-dimensional measurements of the experimental and control groups in the skill performance of some of the field and track competitions under study in favor of the experimental group.Search proceduresResearch Methodology:The researcher used the experimental method for its relevance to the nature of this study, by using the experimental design for two groups, one of which is control and the other experimental, using the pre and post measurement for the two groups.Research community and sample:research community:The research community included first year middle school students at the Preparatory School for Girls in Benha, which is affiliated to the Benha Education Department, in Qalyubia Governorate for the academic year 2021-2020.The research sample:The sample of the research was chosen in a deliberate, random manner from the students of the first year of middle school, and it consisted of (58) female students, and the researcher withdrew (18) female students to conduct the exploratory experiment on them. The strength of each of them is (20) female students.Conditions for selecting a research sample:1. Ease of obtaining the sample.2. The students should be from the new batch enrolled in the first year of middle school.3. There should not be students among the sample members who showed superiority because of participation and training in sports clubs.Data collection methods:The ”researcher” relied on collecting information and data related to the research variables, which achieve its objectives in choosing several conditions, which are:1. It shall be easy to implement and that measuring devices shall be available for it.2. To be effective in diagnosing the specific aspects of the research.3. That the scientific standards (honesty - reliability) be met.Tools:1. Tape measure.2. Funnels and plates.3. Swedish seats.4. A ruler is included.5. Whistle.6 Chalk.7. Adhesive tape.8. Hardware:9. A computer.10. A rheostat for measuring height and weight.11. Printer.12. Stopwatch.13. Medical scale to measure weight.The forms required for the application of the study in question:The ”researcher” prepared a set of forms to determine the data needed for the study:1. Data registration form and strong game scores in the final picture after the expert opinion poll is attached (5)2. Physical tests after expert opinion poll attached (3)3. The final form of the cognitive test is attached (8).4. The form of the names of the experts who were hired by the researcher, attached (1).Tools to indicate growth rates and were represented in the following measurements:1.Chronological age: the date of birth in the school’s database ”to the nearest year”.2. Length: by using a rheostat to the nearest (0.5) centimeter.3. Weight: Using the medical scale standards ”to the nearest (0.5) kilogram”.Statistical procedures search.1. The first reconnaissance experiment:The researcher conducted the first exploratory experiment on (10) students from the same research community and outside the main research sample during the time from 10/10/2021AD to 10/14/2021AD to find scientific coefficients for the tests used.2. The second exploratory experiment:The researcher conducted the second exploratory experiment in the period from 10/16/2021AD to 10/21/2021AD with a training unit on the exploratory sample drawn from the research community, numbering (15) students and from outside the basic sample for the following reasons:Determining the clarity and appropriateness of the educational program using the technology of the educational platform designed for the students’ abilities and their understanding of it.Ensure the safety of the devices and tools used and after making the appropriate modifications, the tutorial is ready to be used and applied to the experimental research sample.3. Implementation of the basic experiment:a. Tribal measurements (equivalence):2. Tribal measurements were made in the skill variables and cognitive achievement during thetime from (20/10/2021AD to 10/21/2021AD).3. Apply the basic research experience:The researcher applied the basic research experiment in the period from Sunday 23/10/2021 AD to Thursday 25/12/2021 AD for (10 weeks and studying one period per week for 90 minutes. The experiment under research was applied to the experimental group, while thecontrol group It has implemented the traditional programme.4. The control group:The control group underwent the traditional program (verbal explanation and practical model performance) on the next day of applying the experimental group, and sound scientific foundations were considered during the application.5. Experimental group:The experimental group was subjected to the educational program that contains the educational platform for a period of (10) weeks, and the scientific foundations were considered when designing the educational content.6. Telemetry:The ”researcher” conducted a post-measurement (cognitive achievement test and skill test on the two research groups, the experimental group used for the educational program using the educational platform technology, and the control group that used the traditional method ”followed on 12/27/28, 2021 AD).Statistical manipulations:1. Data collection and tabulation:The ”researcher” compiled the results accurately after completing the application of the experiment in question, and organized, tabulated, and processed it statistically.2. Statistical manipulations used in the research:The following statistical treatments havebeencalculatedusing the statistical program ”SPSS”, which are:1. SMA.2. Mediator.3. The difference between the averages.4. standard deviation.5. skew modulus.6. kurtosis coefficient.7. correlation coefficient.8. value (t).9. spring top.10. lower spring.11. Difficulty parameter.12. Ease coefficient.13. percentage. Conclusions and RecommendationsFirst: Conclusions:Considering the research objectives, hypotheses, statistical treatment of data and discussion of the results, the following conclusion was reached:1. The educational platform has more than an impact on traditional learning and on the level of skill achievement, which indicates its effectiveness on the skillful learning of the skills of the field and track games under consideration in the physical education lesson for middle school students.2. The educational platform increases the students’ passion to gain more knowledge.3. The educational platform has an effective effect in stimulating and revitalizing the students.Second: Recommendations:Considering the results of the research, the researcher recommends the following:1.Working on the use of educational platforms in the educational process because of its positive impact on the learner.2. Using the educational platform when teaching some other basic motor skills prescribed in the physical education curriculum.3. Work to introduce modern technological methods to the educational process.4. Training teachers to use modern means and not to rely on the traditional method only, but to keep pace with modernization and continuous educational development.
