Title of the study: A strategic plan to confront the digital divide among students in colleges of education as an entrance to developing educational knowledge. The current study aimed to develop a proposed strategic plan to confront the digital divide among students in colleges of education as an entrance to develop educational knowledge. The study used the method of future studies, and the sample of the study was to conduct a study A survey aimed at identifying the reality of the digital divide among male and female students of the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University, and it was applied to a stratified random sample, during the period 2021-2022, consisting of (468), (196) male students, and (272) female students. The results of the exploratory study reached the following conclusions: The decrease in the number of electronic halls in each department in the college, the weakness of the infrastructure of communications and information networks in the college, the weak ability of male and female students to find ways to deal with electronic devices and digital technology and their innovations, the weak ability of male and female students to attend digital educational knowledge lectures, and the lack of availability of seminars and workshops related to development. The skills of male and female students in the field of digital educational knowledge, and the lack of availability of training courses for developing the skills of male and female students in the field of computer, and the study used the Delphi method. Male and female students of colleges of education, the necessity of providing technical requirements in the educational environment in colleges of education, the necessity of providing technical requirements among faculty members in colleges of education, the necessity of providing technical requirements among male and female students of colleges of education, the necessity of providing requirements for designing digital educational courses in colleges of education, and the necessity of providing requirements The necessary regulatory requirements for the use of digital educational knowledge in colleges of education, and the necessity of providing the necessary security requirements for the use of digital educational knowledge in colleges of education.
