The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of mobile learning technology on learning some offensive skills and cognitive achievement in basketball. The researcher used the experimental approach with an experimental design for two groups, one experimental and the other a control group, due to its suitability to the nature of the research. Dividing them into two groups, experimental and control, consisting of (30) students each, in addition to (10) students as an exploratory sample, and choosing (20) students as a sample to ration the cognitive test from within the community and outside the basic sample. The performance of some offensive skills in basketball and cognitive achievement in favor of the post-measurement of the control group, there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements in the level of performance of some offensive skills in basketball and cognitive achievement in favor of the post-measurement of the experimental group, there are statistically significant differences between the two post-measurements for both The control and experimental group in the level of performance of some offensive skills in basketball and cognitive achievement in favor of the experimental group.
