Aim of the study :
Recognize the role of water recreational activities in reducing the phenomenon of aging diseases .
Research Questions:
1. What are the diseases that affect the elderly after the retirement age?

3. What are the obstacles to water recreational activities to reduce the incidence of aging diseases?
4. What are the ways in which attention should be paid to the water recreational activities of the elderly after the age of retirement?
The Research Proces :
The research Methods
The researcher used the descriptive methodology using survey method due to its suitability to the nature of this research.
Society and sample The research :
The research community was chosen in a deliberate way from the elderly who frequented the clubs (Mansoura Club - Al-Hiwar Club - Jazirat Al-Ward Club - Al-Madina Youth Center) in Dakahlia Governorate, whose ages ranged from (55-65) years and their number reached (125) elderly, then the researcher By choosing (97) elderly people to conduct the basic experiment, in addition to (20) elderly people in a random way from the research community and outside the basic sample to conduct the pilot experiment and to find scientific transactions for scientific tests (veracity - reliability), and he excluded (8) elderly people for their unwillingness to respond.
The Means Of Data Collection Tools:
After reviewing the specialized references and reference studies related to the subject of the research and consulting the opinion of experts, the researcher identified the appropriate tools, devices, tests and standards for the subject of the research, and in selecting them, the following conditions were taken into account:
• To be effective in diagnosing the specific aspects of the research.
• That it meets the scientific criteria (stability - honesty).
• A large number of specialists in physical education agreed that it was used.
forms
• Data registration form for the research sample. Attachment (5)
Survey study:
The researcher conducted an exploratory study on a random sample of (20) elderly people representing the research community, where it was applied in the period from 2/1/2022 to 6/1/2022. The purpose of conducting the exploratory study was to identify the following:
• The extent to which the research sample understood the terms included in the questionnaire.
• Identifying the potential difficulties that may arise during the application in order to avoid them.
• The results of the survey revealed the following:
• The research sample understood the terms included in the scale, as none of them had the initiative to inquire about any of the questionnaire terms.
Research executive procedures:
Basic study:
After confirming all the scientific and administrative conditions of the scale to collect the responses of the research sample about the scale, and the researcher applied the scale in its final form to the basic sample of the research, consisting of (97) elderly people, in the period from 9/1/2022 to 10/2/2022 AD, taking into account following:
Emphasizing on the sample members the importance of their responses to benefit from them.
• The necessity of answering all the statements.
• Not to choose more than one answer for one phrase.
• And they are collected only for scientific research to remove any concerns that may reduce their interaction in answering the scale.
Dumping the questionnaire form data:
After the end of the process of applying the scale of the role of water recreational activities in reducing the phenomenon of aging diseases in its final form on the basic research sample, the researcher collected the forms with integrated responses, and the data was unloaded in the discharge statements prepared for this, correction of the questionnaire, monitoring and scheduling the raw scores and preparing them to conduct statistical treatment in line with Research objectives The researcher reached the results of the questionnaire, monitoring and scheduling the raw scores and preparing them for statistical treatment, as mentioned in the fourth chapter of the current research.
Statistical treatments:
The researcher used both Excel and SPSS to process statistical data. The researcher used the following methods:
Mean.
Correlation (person)
Cronbachs Alpha
Chi - Square
Percentage.
