As a result of the rapid progress in communication and information technology, technology has penetrated all the elements and components of the educational system, including a teacher, a learner, an educational material, teaching and learning methods, and evaluation methods, to the last of these elements and components. Awareness of its employees and the information and developments offered by this technology, and push for research and development efforts and reshaping educational systems in accordance with the current and expected employment requirements of this technology. Ali Rashid (2001) mentions that teaching methods of all kinds are real means of communication for the message of learning, whether the content of this message is cognitive, skillful, or psychological, and the teacher must choose the best of those methods that are appropriate to the number of learners, their psychomotor abilities, their interest, and their experiences. And both Muhammad Zaghloul and Mustafa Al-Sayeh (2003) explain that modern learning methods aim to exploit all the learner’s senses in learning by using different educational means and media that address more than one sense that helps learners to remember motor and works to facilitate the learning process where the performance is more clear as well. Make the learner more positive. (33: 86, 87)Keller’s strategy is one of the methods of individualizing education, as it is based on the learner’s study of the educational unit according to her abilities, in which the prescribed scientific material is divided into a series of small units that are dealt with separately, and each unit includes specific educational objectives, and the learner must achieve a specific level of competence and obtain self-reinforcing and no The learner faces a penalty when she fails to test a unit and is allowed to re-enter the test again. (44: 493)Both Murad Issa and Walid Al-Sayed (2008) point out that Keeler’s strategy includes five main features, which are progress in the course on an individual basis according to the learner’s self-program, reaching the level of proficiency as a condition of moving from one unit to another, using the lecture on specific occasions to increase the learner’s realism towards learning The use of mentors, supervisors, and reliance on the printed matter.(41:70)Both Wafiqa Mustafa (2001) and Ghada Abdel Fattah (2002) agree that Keeler’s strategy is an education system that relies on dividing the prescribed educational material into a series of small units that are dealt with separately and each of which includes well-defined educational objectives for each unit, where the learners know and know what it is. It is expected of him and they can focus on the most important points of the material as it excludes anxiety from the test situation by allowing them to re-enter the test, and it is not possible to move from one level to another without being able to fully master the first level, as learners must achieve a specific level of proficiency before completing When the teacher passes a unit successfully and reaches the level of proficiency and proficiency specified for him, he gets self-reinforcement as he feels happy and psychologically satisfied. (49:46)(27:15)Al-Gharib Zaher (2001), Muhammad Zaghloul and others (2001) agree that the lesson of physical education needs to apply modern technological methods so that it can achieve its goals in an optimal way, as the introduction of modern technology in the field of education can give it the opportunity to get rid of traditional methods. In teaching, where most of the methods of implementing the current programs in physical education in colleges no longer keep pace with modern educational philosophies, which depend in their continuous progress on the use of modern educational techniques that make learners more effective and responsive within the educational process, which leads to reaching the desired goals (8:50).(32:47)problem Research : Taekwondo is one of the modern sports that has spread rapidly among all countries, especially after entering the field of the Olympic Games and competing in order to reach the players to the ranks of high levels through the development of Their ability to use educational means through the development of scientific aspects in various physical, skill and psychological aspects.(37:66) Mahrousa Hassan and others (2001) indicate that the sport of taekwondo has many skills that players learn from the beginning and master it, which they use in matches in order to obtain points for winning various motor skills and they differ These skills and the degree of their use according to the technical and tactical capabilities of the player and also vary according to the level of the tournament and competition. There are many skills that are used during attack and defense in order to score points and decide the match, either by using kicking or hitting different skills. Taekwondo is distinguished by its reliance on foot skills (kicking), and this is what distinguishes it from other self-defense sports, as it is the basis for that sport. (30) : 36) Through the experience of the researcher in teaching, she found that the traditional teaching methods were not sufficient to absorb and understand the students in the physical education classes, so it was necessary to take advantage of the capabilities within the schools that the state provided to serve the educational process. In the process of education and training, so this research is an attempt to develop, update and apply what is modern and apply advanced technology. The researcher noticed, through her follow-up to sports meetings in the sport of Taekwondo in the school clubs and her work in the Black Belt Academy for Sports Games in Dyerb Najm, the low level of performance of basic skills in the sport of Taekwondo, in addition to the observation of the use of traditional methods and means in developing various skills and the lack of adaptation of what the education and training methods provided. This is in addition to the numerical increase of the learners during the lesson of physical education, and what necessarily follows from that of increasing the variation in the individual differences between the learners, which increases the burden on the person in charge of the teaching process and his need for a great effort to teach the skills and simplify them so that they are easier to understand and reach the integrated performance, and this What prompted the researcher to carry out this research: ”The effect of the method of individualization of education (Keller strategy) on learning some basic skills in the sport of Taekwondo”Objective Of This Research To identify the impact of the method of individualization of education (Keller strategy) on learning some basic skills in the sport of Taekwondo.Research hypotheses • There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in the level of performance of some basic skills in taekwondo sport in favor of the post measurement. • There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the control group in the level of performance of some basic skills in taekwondo sport in favor of the post measurement. • There are statistically significant differences between thetwo post-measurements of the experimental and control research groups in the level of performance of some basic skills in taekwondo sport in favor of the post-measurement of the experimental group. The Research Procedures :The research Methods The researcher used the experimental method by using the experimental design for two groups, one experimental and the other a control one using (pre-post) measurement due to its suitability to the nature of this research.Society and sample The research : The community of taekwondo juniors under 10 years old is represented by the Black Belt Academy for Sports Games in Dyerb Najm, and their number is (50) youth. The research sample was chosen by the intentional method, and it consisted of (42) youth. 15) young people, and the sample of the exploratory study was chosen from the same original community for the research and from outside the basic research sample, and it consists of (12) young people, and (8) young people were excluded due to their absence and lack of regularity in the program.Data collection tools and means:Equipment and tools used:• Restameter device for measuring length (cm). • A medical scale for measuring weight (kg).• Length measuring tape (cm) • Plastic cones. • Stop Watch . • a ruler included to measure flexibility. • Medicine balls. • whistle. • computer . • Chalk. • Taekwondo hall.Survey study The exploratory study was conducted from Saturday 2/18/2023 to Thursday 23/2/2023 on a randomly selected sample of black belt academy students in Dyerb Negm under 10 years of age from the research community and outside the basic research sample, consisting of (12) teenagers.Pre-analogy The researcher conducted a tribal measurement on the basic research sample in the level of performance of the skills of the taekwondo sport under study, on Saturday and Sunday corresponding to 25-26/2/2023.Implementation of the tutorial: After the researcher made sure that the two research groups (experimental and control) were equal, she carried out the basic research experiment on Monday, corresponding to 2/27/2023, to Wednesday, corresponding to 4/19/2023.Dimensional measurements After completing the application of the proposed educational program on both the control and experimental groups, a post-measurement was conducted in the level of performance of the skills of the taekwondo sport under study, on Saturday and Sunday corresponding to 4/22-23/2023.Statistical treatments: The researcher used both Excel and SPSS to process statistical data. The researcher used the following methods:• Mean .• Median .• Standard Deviation .• Skewness .• Paired Samples T Test .• Correlation (person) .• Percentage of Progress .Conclusions and recommendations Conclusions:• There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in the level of performance of some basic skills in taekwondo sport in favor of the post measurement. • There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the control group in the level of performance of some basic skills in taekwondo sport in favor of the post measurement. • There are statistically significant differences between the two post-measurements of the experimental and control research groups in the level of performance of some basic skills in taekwondo sport in favor of the post-measurement of the experimental group.Recommendations: Based on the research conclusions reached by the researcher and within the limits of the research sample, the researcher recommends the following:• The need to apply the educational program using the method of individualization of education (Keller’s strategy) to learn some basic skills in the sport of Taekwondo. • The need to apply the educational program using the method of individualization of education (Keller strategy) in other sports and in other and other age stages. • Training male and female physical education teachers on how to use the method of individualizing education (Keller’s strategy). • To prepare training courses for teachers of physical education in different stages of education to train on how to use and activate the method of individualization of education (Keller strategy) in the learning process through cooperation with the faculties of physical education. • Interest in teaching new teaching methods used in the educational process. • Carrying out educational courses for male and female teachers with the latest technological methods and the importance of using them in the educational process.
